Self preservation plays a big part in the adventure industry.
For us to enjoy the extreme activities we do, we have to be able to look after ourselves.
That is why we designed a basic first aid kit – based on the adventures we facilitate within the Warriors Gap Year.
Legally we are not allowed to give a student any form of medication, not even a headache tablet. With that said, you are expected to look after yourself with basic medical care.
We take you on hikes, mountain bike tours and to places where a pharmacy may not be close by.
For years we have had to dispose of un-used medication that students bring with and never use.
This Medkit has the all BASICS of what you would need on any of these adventures. It also is as light weight possible and leakproof to ensure the contents are protected. We have tried and tested many different medications and brands and used the ones we find MOST EFFECTIVE to add to the kit.
You will be able to self medicate, treat a minor wound, and look after a blister all by yourself.
Should you have any personal medication – we suggest to always bring those along.
What do I do when I used an item in my medkit?
You can resupply directly from us.
We stock all the items to replace for your convenience.
